We invited 20 HR leaders to our breakfast HR Director Boardroom session, where Joanne spoke about finding your “Why of D&I” and its relevance to you. Feedback from attendees was that the session was highly informative and engaging, challenging them to confront their own biases in a safe and thought-provoking way and inspiring them to consider how as HR Leaders they could lead their organisations to tackle often confusing issues around D&I.
