We recently had the privilege of Joanne delivering at our ED&I conference. Her keynote enlightened the audience on the importance of moving beyond performative actions towards genuine accountability and action. Joanne’s material, delivery, insights, and expertise left a lasting impression, sparking a renewed sense of purpose within the audience.
Joanne’s engaging and informative session started with an inspiring discussion on discovering our individual ‘why’ of D&I, and she helped the audience reflect and understand our personal motivation behind engaging with these important issues.
One highlight of the keynote (and there were many) was the emphasis on inclusive leadership and positive culture as the foundation of success. Joanne explored how nurturing a culture of belonging and acceptance can lead to increased innovation, collaboration, and overall organisational excellence. Valuable insights were shared on how leaders can champion inclusivity by empowering their teams, fostering open dialogue, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Feedback has been excellent. Joanne’s ability to engage the audience, challenge conventional thinking, and provide actionable steps for change was commendable. Attendees left with a renewed sense of purpose and armed with practical strategies to drive inclusivity, accountability, and action within their organizations. I highly recommend experiencing this remarkable speaker first-hand to be inspired and equipped for a more inclusive future.
