Joanne chaired our inclusion conference brilliantly with openness and humour, and authenticity. A keynote session on her journey and how we can support colleagues transitioning in the workplace was engaging and thought provoking and importantly accessible for colleagues with varying levels of understanding on the topic. We have had so much fantastic feedback from our colleagues specifically about Joanne and the session which we have been able to build on to progress real change within our organisation.
