I’ve worked in the EDI space for a while and supported the Trans community, but I have always only been focussed on the individual involved in the transition. This completely opened up my mind to ensure that I consider and support everyone involved. When writing polices and guidance I will also ensure that this is included so that we can support any of our colleagues in any event.
