I had the great pleasure of having Joanne speak at the APDO Virtual Conference 2021 on Diversity and Inclusion. Her presentation was not only extremely engaging but also got the audience actively thinking and discussing aspects of diversity and inclusion in ways they hadn’t before. Joanne’s approach was open, honest, and impressively non-judgemental, delivered in a calm and collected manner. She skillfully used the latest technology to incorporate live polling, adding a dynamic visual element to her presentation. It was evident that she had a clear understanding of the association’s background and the needs of its members. I highly recommend Joanne as a public speaker.
