Inclusion
Bites

Real conversations about what it actually takes to build workplaces where everyone belongs.

Inclusion Bites podcast cover

212+ conversations.
One question.

What does it actually take to build a workplace where everyone — regardless of who they are or where they come from — can do their best work and feel they genuinely belong?

That is the question at the heart of every Inclusion Bites episode. Each conversation brings a different perspective: HR practitioners, CEOs, activists, academics, people with lived experience of marginalisation, and leaders who've done the work and can speak honestly about what that looks like from the inside.

Inclusion Bites is not a theory podcast. It is a practice podcast. Every episode ends with something actionable — something listeners can take into their organisation, their team or their own behaviour the very next day.

Hosted by Joanne Lockwood — The Inclusive Culture Expert.

Be a guest on
Inclusion Bites

If you have something genuine to contribute to the conversation about inclusion, belonging, diversity or workplace culture — I'd love to talk.

I'm looking for practitioners, leaders, researchers, advocates and people with lived experience who can share real insight, honest perspectives and practical learning. The bar isn't celebrity or credentials — it's authentic contribution.

Recordings take 60–90 minutes and can be done remotely or in person. I do a pre-recording briefing call with all guests to make sure you know what to expect and feel comfortable from the start.

What to expect

  • Pre-recording briefing call with Joanne
  • 60–90 minute recorded conversation
  • Audio and video recording
  • Remote or in-person
  • Social media promotion on release
  • Full transcript and show notes
